Well here's part 2 of what everyone(hopefully) was waiting for!!! It only took a few minutes for Nami to cut the tape restraining her and knock Kalifa out!! After incapacitating her previous captor, Nami locked away Kalifa's ability with a sea prism stone handcuff she found lying around.
